Perhaps someone involved with/knowledgable about the SPS project (ideally someone
in the US I guess) should ensure that he does know.
I assume that Brian Chase (publisher of the press release) is simply a press
agent of some form but he may be a good start. Alternatively Rep. Dave Weldon can
be contacted directly by email via fla-15@xxxxxxxxxxxx
