Having another technology trick in the bag is a good thing (that's what
NASA gets paid to do, not lob politicians into orbit.) Whether it has
real world application is TBD. Air breathing ramjets have been around
nearly 50 years.
The tech is the easy part. Making a profit, that's the tough part.
