This one's quite an interesting read - if you're remotely interested
in the financing issues surrounding RLVs, I commend it to you.
P.S. Yes, I know updates have been a little slow recently, but I
have (just) finished the 1600 page 'Professional Perl' for Wrox
Press (due December, catch it now on Amazon) so I have an excuse :-)
Since that's nearly over now, the large stack of papers I have
here should start appearing with more frequency.
